There's quite a few now. Here's a good place to find em all: http://www.gamershell.com/download_movie.shtml
One thing that interests me a lot is the part of the Trap Town video where the player hides inside a building and blocks the doorway with a table. Two soldiers follow him- one fires through a window, presumably to distract the player, while the other one figures out that the door can't be opened normally, so he breaks it down by force. If none of that is scripted, then that's truly amazing.
Also from that video, I loved how the soldiers on the ground weren't aware that the player was above them until he started firing the H&K. HL1 AIs would notice you the moment you entered their field of vision, but if you just shot at them from somewhere they couldn't see you, they wouldn't follow the noise. This part shows that both problems have been rectified.
The barricades video shows a nice zoom feature. I like how clean it is. When Barney speaks, I don't think that his character's lip-syncing fits that well, but maybe its just me. Most important is the guy in the tower who sends up a flare and then a little later a weird helicopter shows up. If that, too, is unscripted, then that's awesome.
Bug bait was quite interesting. The player throws some fume-emitting thing that attracts giant bugs, which ravage the environment. I was a little skeptical as to why the bugs didn't attack Freeman and only attacked soldiers, but then one attacked him at the end. I liked the idea. It kind of reminded me of HL1 Snarks. They could help you, but just as easily turn against you.
I'll post comments on some more of the videos later.
