Well, actually, I do think a female mod would be a good thing.

For the question: 'Poly has already several European moderators (Solver, Locutus), who are very respected around here. Markos does some moderation job too, however he's still taken with the military.

I think UR was a very reasonable choice for the OT, as he has a very steady presence there, and his timezone will be now better covered.

As for the suggestions for myself: while I'm very flattered by them , I don't think I have the qualities for being an OT mod: I am too tolerant for rule breaches, and my presence in the OT is erratic (sometimes I post 18 hours a day, sometimes I leave for several days/weeks). Besides, I'm generally posting about at the same time as Americans anyways
