Well... got all set to drive up to the mall to pick it up but called first, just as a precaution... EB (Atlantic Canada) says the Canadian release date is the 6th...

Now, I think they are full of beans but... regardless, that's the earliest I can get it. If I order it from Amazon.ca it will ship in 2 weeks. Yipp-ee

What's up with Canada and games anyway - they all get stuck in the snow somewhere?

Well, again today I am going to walk to the mall on my lunch break and hope like hell they have it in. If I'm so lucky that they do have it and I have the game in my hands I will have to wait an agonizing 5 hours to get home from work and play it!!

I work in Toronto and live in Hamilton.... I have called every EB, FutureShope and Compucentre, as well as a couple of independent shops, within a radius of either city. One girl at a FutureShop in Stoney Creek said they had it last night but sold out. I think she may have confused it with the Gold Version which was already out everywhere. All of the EB guys said nov6, several FutureShop guys said today, and the compucentre guys said today. I'm sure none of them know for sure when it will really arive, but I'd say the chances are it will come to most places in North America today... Anyway I've got to catch a flight to the Pittsburgh area to make a visit to the Century III Mall!!

EB said it would've been in after 2pm today but there's a storm out West so they aren't getting any shipments????? R they insane? If it was a blood product they'd get it here ok... 4 flakes of snow and it's a storm. You'd think they all lived in England or something.
