	Vote for me for Governor! I shoot ducks! Increase Your PM Length

So, I'm deployed to the "wonderful" state of Lousiana to guard a swamp from terrorists and none to ecstatic about it (civilization has not quite arrived in the swamp yet).

Anyway, there in a race for Governor and all the good ole white boys lost in the primary (he he) and the race is between a nice southern lady and an immigrant from India.

I was stuck at the hospital doing the "hurry up and wait" thing as I was scheduling by physical before I go to school and the power went off. The woman filling out my paperwork made an exclamation "The electricity shouldn't be going out this early." When I commented on it she said the hospital tends to lose all electrical power 3-4 times a day but thats normal for Louisiana.

On my way back to work I hear the woman candidate's radio commercial. It was a 30 second bite and all it talked about was how she liked to hunt ducks.

"Vote for me, I like to hunt ducks. I've brought 3 Bassmaster tournements to our state and I like to hunt ducks. If I'm elected governor I'll make sure everyone in our state can hunt ducks!"

WTF? Your hospitals haven't got electricity, 80% of your state can't read and your dental and hygiene would be embarassing to an Englishman.

But, at least you like to hunt ducks!

I want to know what the qualifications were of the sap she beat in the primary.

He liked to shoot ducks, but he tended to miss alot.
