victory points Inflate your Upload Space

Can someone tell me how the victory points thing works? Do you have to build a city next to the obelisk, or just post a unit next to it? And what happens if someone else posts a unit next to it? Is it first one there gets the points?

Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

Typically, you need to station a military unit on the square with the Victory Point Obelisk. Each turn a military unit is on the VP square, you get points for it. The same is true for the other civs.

Thanks. It was hard to see where to station the units without the grid lines, but now I see it. Thanks for the help.
