I think some of you expect too much from a fast food place. ALlthough the food i get from the fast food places I go to is not that bad. But sometimes they do make misstakes. Once I was ordering a combo at one fast food place and I wanted seasoned fries. The person that took my order I think did not speak english very well. They gave me seasoned fries with chilly and cheese on them. I was not going to eat that so I told them I did not order this and they said they get me new fries. I stood their for 10 mins and waited and waited and finally I decided to leave. In the end I was late to work because of their little screw up.

But I dont have high expectations for fast food places.

The only fast food location that I have not had a bad service at is Taco Bell. Is it that they use Quik-Cook chihuahua meat for their tacos? Is it that they hire mindless androids that are beaten until they can perform? Is it that you really can't customise any of their food?

Carls Jr. ( their $6 buger is not too bad.)
In and Out (best hambers I have had from a fast food place)
Dell Taco
Arbies

THe places I hate are
Mc Dondals
Jack in the Box

I like Jack in the Box commercials the best though. All the other fast food joints have horrible commercials.

Hmm...My main fast-food place is Arbys simply for the roast beefs. I steal their 5 for $5 coupons.
I go to McDonalds for their fries, but I've stopped now. They seem to be sporadicly refusing my checks, which is their fault...They cook it, then they refuse my check, and I get to leave to go somewhere else
Um....I used to go to Carls JR for their steak sandwich, but they don't offer that anymore.
But I prefer this Mexican place the most. It's local, and it makes the best Mexican I have ever had. And their cheap and quick too! It's very nice

Taco Bell I like. Too bad we don't have them here..
And Wendy's.......... doublewhopper please! It's so huge, I know what it feels to be pregnant! Not to mention, service in both of these was excellent, and the food was decent too.

Wendy's is probably the best way to go for fast food. I worked at one during college, and they offered up some decent healthy fare like fresh salads, potatoes, and chili.

I once bit into a fingernail while eating a chicken soft taco from Taco Bell, so I don't go there anymore.

I dunno about Finland, but the double whopper is a Burger King concoction in the states.

Please let me know if Wendy's does sell a double whopper in Finland so we can sue them.

The problem with working in this industry is that I know what to look for. It's difficult to not walk out of almost every fast or casual-fast food restaurant I see.
The main reason for drive thru. You can't see what they're doing, so it doesn't ruin the food for you.

Right! We stopped eating at McDonald's years ago and started eating at Boston Market. They've got great roasted chicken and good sides, etc. Its more heatlhy (not fried) and much more tasty.

Then I found out McDonald's bought Boston Market a few years ago. Geez, what do I have to do to get away from that franchise?

I like Carl's. They are a little slow at times, but the table/number thing they do so that you don't have to stand around waiting for the food makes it feel less like a fast food joint.

Good food, but the worse service ever. I have to go at least once a week, my wife loves the place. I went yesterday and waited 15 minutes for our food. During which time 5 people after me got there food, and they cleared the drive-thru line 3 times (about 10 cars). I hate their service with a passion.

I try to stay away from fast food (unsucessfully). I like Burger joints but tend to go to local places instead of the franchises.

I agree that In and Out is way too slow. I think part of it has to do with how they make the food. The only way I can think you can get arround this is to go during non pick times. For example going at 11:00 for lunch or 4:00pm for dinear.

Subway? Eh....It's OK I suppose. Though here there are local subs that taste much better.
A fingernail?! Well....The only taco bell here in Logan is towards the city limits (strategically placed near the Wal-Mart), so...
I've heard of Jack in the Box, but I've never actually seen one. Does it actually exist? Or is it just a legend?
We have no Boston Market here.
KFC? Disgusting!
