I don't know. For month I thought. It's hard to find but it should be out there somewhere. Unless I am confusing this with another scenario but I only know of one that has the word Anstieg in it's title.

OK, this is what happened:
A while ago (at least a year or even more), John Petroski released "Der Anstieg und Fall des Dritten Reiches", which was a remake of his previous WW2 scenario, "The "new" Germany".
It was propably not as well received as he expected, or it wasn't really what he wanted. Anyways, a while afterwards, he started to create a new, even bigger and more monumental update/remake. I suggested him to call it "Aufstieg" rather than "Anstieg", for that is better german, and so he did.
"Aufstieg" was supposed to become the biggest, largest, and best scenario ever to be made for Civ2.
It was supposed to be created by a scenario design team led by JP and including many reknowned designers. There were supposed to be about 35 events files, in a weekly denominator. A brand-new map, brand-new units, brand-new sounds etc. were supposed to be included.
After it proceeded a while, JP announced that he was in time trouble, and that the work on the scenario had to be delayed for a while. Some time later he came back and said that work could go on.
But there hasn't been a word for more than half a year now, so I suppose that the scenario work has died.

Oh yeah, and the reason why it isn't available anywhere:
The only site where it was uploaded (at least as far as I know) was the Spanish Civ2 site. All other sites (Even M. Jeszenka's site) linked off it. After Spaciv merged with Allard&Andrew and moved to Apolyton, a number of scenarios, most of them in the XX century category, were not moved. Although J. Balsinde moved most of them after I have attented him to that, he moved them, but "Anstieg" was lost. Unfortunately, no-one seemed to have it anymore, including the author himself. Jesús even asked here at SLeague, but he didn't get it, the same occured when JPetroski asked.
