Official: Constitutional Amendment. Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Part h of the current Constitution reads:

I hereby propose to amend Part h to read:

Good proposal

Having the leaving Consul (or one temporary Consul in some extreme situations) serving one more day is not a big deal; letting everybody to vote is more important.

This is a good ammendment and for the reasons BigFree pointed out - a weekend election has the unfortuate result of unintentionally cutting out people who don't have as much internet access on weekends.

Oh boy... THAT fiasco...

Thankfully, the decision-making process in the ISDG means that this should not be an issue. That said, I'd still be a stickler for changing the rules by legal means rather than just making up rules as we go

But yeah... let's not repeat that mess

I'd also be in favor of letting the polls last longer in situations where it wouldn't slow down the game. (Namely, we're still waiting on another team to send their turn in.)
