	Conquests ISDG Got spare money?

I know there's some talk about this starting up, and even a forum with that idea in mind.

Is this staff jumping onboard, or are we allowing PANAG to represent Team 'Polyton there?

The ladder community (Myleague.com) is probably going to field a team by the looks of it, and I don't know which side I'll choose if THIS staff is representing Team 'Poly, but if Panag is heading our team in the Conquests ISDG, then most assuredly I'll be siding with the Ladder crowd.... and trying to get set up as the MoW, too. :P

Apolyton is not just one team though, we have divided ourselves up inot teams, with 1BC being one of the competitors. You may like some of th concepts being employed in this one.

As far as an Apolyton 'Conquests' ISDG team...I think we need to finnish this one before we start another ISDG. But, I may be wrong, there might be some interest.

Firaxis won't ever leave us enough time. As soon as one game gets more or less stable, an expansion pack comes out.

But enough complaining. I agree with BigFree that this game should end before a new ISDG starts. I've seen far too many demogames die prematurely because of the effect of an expansion pack or a new concept, and if this ISDG dies, imagine what implications it could have on the future of multiplayer demogames, and how many people will want to join the next one if they're not sure whether it will even live long to end properly.

Well I dont have a very active role at all here, so if we decide to do it, Id be willing to help. If not I can wait, Im in the C3C Demo game at MZO. Now that one is gonna be fun! Lots of goof balls at MZO.

The only caveat being if panag is involved, I probably wont be.

Same here, I only currently have the energy and time to focus on one demo game (I've neglected PTWDG I and II as well as the SPDG since the ISDG started). Once this one winds down, then I'll have free time to join another one.

Good, then I may not have to be forced to decide between my divided loyalties after all. If THIS group were running Team 'poly, I would probably have stuck around - this is a mighty fine group of people.

If Panag and his cronies (does he actually have cronies? eek) run Team 'poly, I think I'll try to be the Ladder's MoW.

I was under that impression, which is why I was looking here for someone to say it ain't so.

Though I must admit I *will* get some satisfaction out of grinding him into dust. The one time I took a poke at him here, Ming had me in cuffs and up against the wall pretty quick.

Rumor has it there are several unused versions of the ISDG CIV Group Icon floating around out there.

H_E thought BigFree might have them.

Does anyone have them? Im trying to get the team going for the Conquests ISDG and Im looking for those unused ICON's.
