Well, Azzie can be destroyed with two nukes only. If he chooses the shield, one of them will hit and destroy earth... If he chooses to build a new city, both nukes will hit and the two cities will be destroyed. If he chooses the bunker, another two nukes the next round will take care of him.

So, I'd have one person in the alliance nuke Az, and the others concentrate on SC... If I may so advice the coordinator of the ... uh, evil union you got going there.
