I have begun the work to found and organize the ladder team for the Conquests ISDG. I am doing this both because I am an admin of the ladder and I'd love a chance to hand one to Panag straight in the nose.

If anyone is uncomfortable with me remaining on this team (since obviously I will be opposing Apolyton in that game) I will understand and withdraw at this time, though I would very much like to remain.

I do not intend to confuse the two games, or manipulate my presence here to assist the Ladder in the CISDG. I feel that I can keep the interests safely distanced, but again, if anyone has a problem with my presence as of now, I will not be offended.

(On the other hand, if anyone would like to join us, I could sure use the help and guidance in setting things up over there...)

It would never occur to me that your participation in a Conquests ISDG ladder team could become a problem for your membership in this PtW ISDG team.

I would certainly have no problem with you kicking for Apolyton in here and for the ladder in C3C ISDG.

I also have my trust in F-P and would also be rooting for you to kick Panag where it counts if he is head of Team Apolyton.

It won't be easy though, this is the man who specifically mods his Deity games to include barbs with cavalry and Aegis Cruisers...

Hell, isn't MZ fielding a team at MZO? I'd be willing to jump team Apolyton for ISDG #2 and go there...

Don't be silly These are 2 different games. In fact, if you decide to go on a recruitment drive, many of the people here will probably join your team.

But if you are really uncomfortable, i suggest 2 ways :
- set up a poll. Let the citizens decide. or
- ask the Consuls to sign a joint letter to you confirming that it's not an issue.

There is some talk (actually very little) at MZO, I dont think MZ has the time for another ISDG.

And from what I have seen of the discussions at the UN it is light years from starting, there was/ is a big discussion on whether to do a Conquest or Epic game, including modding a Conquest to make it balanced. (I didn't even think you could change em)

So its going no where fast at least IMHO.

Despite me personally not being interested on another isdg, if people at MZO want to start a team they are welcome to go ahead.

And no, I have no objections to F-P joining the ladder team. Obviously I would say not to disclose any sensistive information about Apolyton or any other teams as this game has not yet been complete. That being said I wish him full luck in kicking panag's slimy ass.

I see no problem with F-P being on Poly for this game and on another team for a completely different game.

The forums will not be mixed.

btw, I'd still like to see evidence of panag doing something substantial to lead a team for Poly. So far, I have seen none.

If there's ever evidence of panag leading any DG for or at Poly, let me know and if I have to I'll get myself elected in the bugger's place myself.

Roger that MWIA and the asleep guy. (be carefull though the walls have ears here )

I threw out hat into the ring yesterday but we were the 9th team whcih is problematic for obvious reasons.

If we are going to do this we probably need to pick a thread or make a thread to seriously discuss it because the next step is to discuss rules and such.

If we dont do this I wont be real disappointed, but if we do Im willing to help.
