What is this? Right out of the pack I get this message when I try to start C3C after installing ,without any apparent problems "Unload the debugger and try again". I don't even know what a debugger is, let alone how to load it or unload it. It is not mentioned anywhere in the manual or the help files. There is a "debug" field, of course, in the scenario editor, and that is unchecked. Can anybody tell me what is going on?
