Right. Civil child molestation is much different from criminal child molestation. For one thing criminal child molestation is much more criminal-like, while civil child molestation is at least civil. You know, we should ll try to act civil, so I guess that goes for child molesters too. Think about it, if you were a child wouldn't you much prefer to be molested by a civil person instead of a criminal?
