judging from this poll, thats how it seems to be... white (attractive) and the rest (ugly, inferior, etc.)
oh yeah and some asians are honorarily white/attractive

when you have a poll like this that so dramatically shows the racism prevelant among white upper class liberals (ie- the majority of people on apolyton), then colour becomes distinctive.

no, kramerman, as your example involves a single individual... i'm talking about a micro-cosm of society made up of multiple people on this poll. ideally, demand for traits should be divided equally so each choice in this poll should have the same number of votes. a little discrepency is alright but not to the extent that this poll shows.

when you have someone who's oversensitive to the color issue assuming that the balance would be equal despite the fact the entire population of the board is skewed towards one direction...
when the sample group is skewed, the results will be skewed. you obviously already believed that all apolyton posters, outside of you, were white racist pigs, and these statistics merely confirm your mistaken belief.
ask a group of white guys. by and large, they'll say they like white girls. they will tend to have white girl porn. is that racist?
ask a group of black guys. by and large, they'll say they like black girls. is that racist?
ask a group of asian guys. by and large, they'll say they like asian girls. they probably won't have asian girl porn, though, because it's usually geared towards sick white fetishists. is that racist?

here's where i call bullshit. racism does have an element to play. the fetishists have the asian women stereotypes, which do nothing but propagate a racist image of cio-cio san, a submissive slut who always comes back to her white master no matter how harshly he treats her. sure, the music's beautiful. i rather like some of it. but the story itself... especially when retold in numerous other settings like vietnam... how can it not be offensive?
at the other end of the spectrum, you have people who **** over the image of a slant-eyed dragon lady. lucy liu broke no barriers and changed no rules when she portrayed such a character in ally mcbeal, no matter what the white pundits say.
search for sites where they talk about yellow fever, or about interracial relationships, and you'll see that even a lot of those who claim they don't have it buy into the notion of asian women being more respectful, less *****y... all of which underscores the common racist beliefs.
now, granted, if you're looking for racism, you'll find it anywhere; i honestly don't think that most people who fall for asian girls do it from racial biases. but it's easy to justify racism, albert, when you already believe it and are looking for it.
and until you retract the statement you made in the one babe thread in which i posted, the one where i posted images of jeon ji-hyun, that asian girls aren't attractive to you because of your small, slanted eyes, i'll treat your rabid claims of the board's racism as just an example of the kettle calling the pot black, even if the pot itself is closer to a brushed metal.
