I have a suggestion regarding Police Stations...
My premise is that since police arrest corrupt politicians, it should compliment the Courthouse in reducing that corruption. As it is, under anything but a Democracy or Republic, it is totally useless.
I propose that we make it useful under all governments by making it also reduce corruption by 33%, and that we reduce the Courthouse's contribution to 33%. Therefore the maximum corruption reduction would be 66%.
That way a police station actually has a use under the governments where you would expect it to, such as Communism, Monarchy and Despotism which make heavy use of police.
