Adding New Buildings in C3C Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

How do you make new civilopedia entries for buildings in the C3C-editor? All I get is a drop-down menu of existing entries, without the option of creating your own?

You need to create the centry in the civilopedia.txt and pediaicons.txt first.

Yes, once you create an entry in both of those files, your entry will appear in the list.

Increase the size of your Attachments

AFAIK the entry in civilopedia.txt is not necessary. pediaicons.txt is the crucial file.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that you need both. I tried just entering a pediaicons entry and the building didn't come up in the list, unless I just missed it somehow.

Put an end to popups!

I never bothered with the civilopedia. Just with the pediaicons. Worked fine for PTW and looks promising for Conquests, but for the latter I only implemented my new buildings last weekend. Just began playtesting.
