Whether the bar is there depends whether the last 7 I read has a bar or not. I've very suggestable evidently.

When I started school here in Sweden, the social democratic regime had enforced a new standard of writing that all pupils had to follow in good stalinistic order. Due to my rebellious nature I've done all I can after my first years of forced indoctrination to not follow this code. A seven with a bar is one of the ways I'm keeping up this life long struggle. I also write capital A's like U's upside down with a bar and 1's with a line under, like this 1. These things I picked up as a army signaleer and now I'm using it in my war against sanity and order.

Yes there is. Well you could say this is number eight then: #"€/ ... but it isn't. This is number eight: 8. Simple. It's not two circles. Listen, you can invent your own numbers and letters, but you'll be in a world of trouble when you have to let's say write down your phonenumber for someone.. then they go like 'what is this number, I have never seen this.. circles.. I don't get it', and they'll never get back to you, for example to pay back that $5000 they just borrowed from you.

I dont put the bar in 7 but to make it easier to distinguish from the 1, the one in just a simple vertical line.
This is also pretty minimalist in terms of how quick it allows me to write numbers.

I put a bar at the bottom of my 1's, like the computer. This is two distinguish them from lower-case L's. It's just that when I write quickly the bar isn't at the VERY bottom.

I am personally proud of my t's . I write them fast enough that my pen ends up staying on the paper the entire time. They are essentially my and's upside down.
