If Prop does count as an act of war, then Democracy wont be able to do this... but if it's not counted as an act of war, then Democrats will be able to use it also...

But anyway, it seems like most people would vote yes anyway, so it'll be counted as an act of war

If it's not counted as an act of war, that means that demos can't nuke a person who uses propoganda on them.

I say yes, it should be considered an act of war.

I think we need another spy mission:
Counter-Spy : You can keep a spy at home and he will make you immune to spying from other players. That is a spy for spy deflection. If you only have one spy, then the first spy sent against you that turn would be countered, all other spies would suceed at their mission?

Should we say Democrats can deflect to other Democrats without the need to be at war with them?
Or was propaganda allowed against everybody, even though they're at peace?

Allow deflecting to other democracies. Which can then be retaliated against by the deflectee.

Propaganda shouldn't be a declaration of war, since propaganda would only be able to be used once should it cause a state of war.

Since I've only recieved one order anyway, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to join at present time...

Though tomorow at 9 pm GMT it wont be possible for anyone to join anymore (Unless most players agree on accepting the new player)... at 9 pm GMT monday first round ends...

At present time no more major rule changes will be made (Unless somebody finds a huge problem with the current rules)


Just make sure you have posted your city names and your government before end of round 1... (Still waiting for this information from DrSpike also)
If these information haven't been posted before end of first round, they'll be kicked out of the game...

One more thing:

The Isolationalist can only use one nuke each round, but what happens if he stockpiles?
My take is, he'll only be able to get two nukes (double nukes) next round!

Just wanted to make sure everybody get's this, so the Isolationalist's don't believe they'll get 4 nukes from doing this...
