I have not been overlooking Comrade Jamski's attempts of tempering with the court evidence either. I was considering presenting photographed evidences in the court report and order but decided against the idea. The punishment that Jamski receives cannot be more severe. Considering his age he will not be able to finish the current sentence anyway.

What is Jamski charged with?

Jamski is charged with attempting to overthrow the Chairman, an act which would destroy the socialist order, which is expressly forbidden by the People's Constitution. (this is expanded on by Tass's above post).

Jamski is guilty of the above-stated charge

What punishment should be awarded to Jamski?

Considering his past service to the People of the Human Hive, and the circumstances of the attempted 'coup,' Jamski should only be removed from all his current offical positions he holds in the Human Hive. He should further be banned from holding public office for a minimum of three mission years. When the ban expires, he may once again be eligible for holding public office.

Perhaps we should make CCC membership more congruent to other government positions. The heads of the Interior Department, Sci & Social Engineering Ministry, CMC, and Foreign Relations Comissions (as well as any other departments I may have forgotten), would have membership, as well as members-at-large appointed by the Chairman.
