Yes, but you need the ptw 'Extras' folder. Then, you have to start the ptw executable, not the c3c exe file.
How to get the 'Extras'?
Either wait until the 'patch' for DyP is available (at the DyP homepage), or download them elsewhere, from cdg for example.
