If they are serious, then civ-3 won't be an improvement for scenarios, which is the best damn part of the game.

Guess with all these different companies they couldn't be bothered to ask John Possidente or Mick Uhl or anyone who's ever actually made a scenario. Someone ought to protest. I'd do it myself if it weren't that I'm extremely lazy and need to try and beat my record for ToT transcendence.

Sounds like Civ3 will be a bad game. Total civs cut down to 16? Still that stupid 7-civ limit? Unique units for each civ?
