Severe sexual organ dysfunction

It's when your penis starts hogging up all your blood cells, oxygen supply, etc. It might make for a more enjoyable **** experience, but you're too tired to try to grab a babe.

Usually, amputation is necessary

Seriously, the only thing I'd know to do is GO TO A DOCTOR instead of a bunch of comedians and ask him about it. And get LOTS OF REST, drink plenty of fluids (I think), etc.

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

It sounds like sinusitiis. Unfrotunately your HMO has dictated that you must wait 2 weeks until you can get an antibiotic for it, so until then it's like what the good book says: "Suffer little children."

Just kidding. Did the lateralized cheek and temple pain begin at the onset, or did that appear after the other symptoms? If the lateralized pain began after the onset than you may have a secondary sinus infection, but it sounds like the primary illeness is probably influenza. There are some medicines available now that can shorten the course of influenza, but unfortunately they have to be started within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms. About all you can do for your flu now is rest, drink plenty of fluids, take ibuprofen for the fever and pain and take a decongestant/mucolytic/antitussive for your stuffy nose and cough. If the lateralized pain persists you need to see your doctor to see if you do indeed have a sinus infection. Are you having any shortness of breath? The primary morbidity of flu is pneumonia.
Also be wary of a guy wearing a long black hood and cape carrying an oversized gardening tool coming by for a visit. If he comes by do not shake his hand or accept his calling card, nor should you accept his invitation to come along on a little walk. This guy doesn't know the meaning of a little walk. He does like to play chess however. If you're good at it you'll buy a little time.

And hey, those small town korea doctors can't be THAT bad. Korean people seem to do alright by them, right?

Yes they can. The Koreans I know usually drive 20 minutes to the nearest city to get a good doctor.

Could be, my father had a whole string of sinus infetions and I'm pretty prone to sinus headaches myself.

After. The lower-temple (part of the around the eyebrow sinus I guess) started a bit after the other sympoms and the cheek one kicked in yesterday.

Not as far as I know, but I haven't been doing any real exercise.

You definitely need to get a secondary sinus infection treated. If the entry to the infected sinus stays clogged, the ensuing infection can have all sorts of unpleasant side effects, from chronic low grade fevers, heightened white blood cell counts, or even causing an abcess that can breach the blood brain barrier. One of the people penicillin was tested on was dying of that. Very unlikely result these days, but that's the extreme. Most sinus infections are bacterial, and require antibiotics. Go see a GOOD doctor. My wife has had four nasal passage-sinus surgeries, so I know more about this then I ever wanted to know.

Got spare money?

You have my sympathy, Boshko. I've had trouble with my sinuses in the past (poor working environment, British winter, public transport= thick green snot, pain down face and headaches galore).

I recommend as an inhalant several drops of eucalyptus oil and several drops of tea tree oil in very hot water in a bowl- place towel over head, bend over bowl and inhale until your face glows. I also found that wasabi used to clear my head too (temporarily), so that gives you an excuse to go eat some sushi (if you can manage it). Get better soon.
