Looking for the hidden rooms: Time Bubble etc. Full PM-box? Change here!

Can anyone tell me how to find the following special terrain features.

Enigmatic Device
Mysterious Thing
City in Stasis
Time Bubble

The civilopedia led me to believe that they are on planet Nona, but I was not able to find any. For example, the time bubble in the Civilopedia had a Monopoles icon on top of a Eidolon terrain square. I double-clicked on every square that had the Monopoles on them and every one was a Methane square.

City and Stasis and Time bubble do not exist in the game, they were put there for the hell of it apparently, I don't know about the others, I think i've seen them before, but I can't be sure.

They don't seem to be used in the Sci-fi game's map generator (seems like they can set up rules for what squares to use?). But, you can make maps for the Sci-fi game that have these squares, and use the "Use premade maps" option.
