Does anyone know if its possible to edit a .sav file in the editor as if it were a scenario??
In Civ 2 I loved to build a huge empire for example as the germans in ww2, and then switch sides as the British and Americans to see if I could then triumph against that empire beginning with landings in normandy, etc ...
So does anyone know if this is still possible in civ3? I have tried to open up .sav files in the editor but it says I cannot because these files are not scenario files.
