Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I think that Hotseat games should be able to have the maximum number of civs as well. (So if we were talking about civ3, 31 civs could play Hotseat instead of just 8.)

actually we should be able to choose as many civs as we want and allow the connection type and computer specs decide the limits not the programmers.


another thing , iwould like the ability to have additional slots for the AI to play so even if i get 8 humans to play i sohuld be able to use the other slots for AIs upto the game limit of 31 civs
