	Demographic Rankings Put an end to popups!

as of 1275bc:

Mfg Goods: Us 34 (1st) then 28, 26, 24, 23, 20 and 9

GNP: 41 (1st), then 39, 37 (Us), 30, 29, 25 and 23

Productivity: Us 84 (1st), then 78, 78, 67, 56, 55, and 44

I have a feeling that the "9" in Mfg goods shifted everything to commerce this turn so that number is artificially low - probably someone trying to finish off a tech this turn.

So I might check these numbers again next turn.

Despite that we seem to be doing very well (though as we now have 7 cities to 4 for Sunshine for instance that isn't entirely surprising, but good nonetheless... )
