	DEBUG: MP Terraforming & Tile Imp Got spare money?

Not sure if this is entirely fixable but ill register it here anyway.

In MP if you save a game when someone is terraforming, then you load the game at a later date, the player who was doing the terraforming will constantly get kicked from the game on his own turn, until his terraforming has been completed.

Its a similar thing with tile imps, except the player building the tile imps wont get kicked, they will just resynch on their own turn, until the tile imp is completed.

It's unlikely that anything MP-related will be repaired until and unless we obtain a programmer who has more knowledge of the networking side than those who we presently have.
