Build Queues Support Apolyton, buy GURPS/ Alpha Centauri

Perhaps we should start posting about more than the next turn. Here's a proposal for each city:

Buffet: (Spear completed next turn)-Worker (to reduce pop back to manageable size 5)-Spear-Spear-{more units}

Chow Mein: Settler-Settler-Settler-Settler

Egg Roll: Pyramids

Chop Suey: Horse-Horse-Horse (I think Buffet should be able to provide Spears aplenty, and Horsemen, with a 30 shield cost, are more efficient for non-10 spt cities than 20-shield units)

Dim Sum: Settler-Worker-Worker (I think we can get by without many more workers while we build one more settler in Dim Sum, and we need at least 5 more settlers after the 1225 BC ones just to cover our land; we'll need even more if we want to found some camps to use more of said land)

Wonton: Temple-Catapult

Moo-Shu: Catapult-?

Kung Pao: Temple-Walls-Barracks

Suffering from ads?

*bump* New proposals:
Note especially the changes/additions to Chop Suey, Schezuan, and Sweet & Sour

Buffet: Horse(2 turns)-Spear(2)-Spear(2)-Horse(3)-Spear(2)
The spears are for settlers from Chow Mein. (Dim Sum shouldn't need a garrison anytime soon for either protection or MP, so A-spear-agus, currently stationed in Dim Sum, should be able to accompany the upcoming settler there.) The horses are for general patrol and later upgrade.

Chow Mein: Settler-Settler-Settler-Settler

Chop Suey: Galley(3)-Horse(6)-Horse?
Two galleys to head in either direction. The current galley build will be manned by Ship's Cook should we encounter islands; the other can be manned by a former MP warrior, as we will have both luxes hooked up by then.

Egg Roll: Pyramids(18)

Dim Sum: Settler(7)-Worker(5)-Worker(5)
Finishing the settler, then holding steady at pop 2 while building workers

Wonton: Temple (12?)-Catapult(?)

Moo-Shu: Catapult(11)-Worker(10)

Sweet & Sour: Barracks(12?)-?

Schezuan: Worker(8)-Worker(10)-Worker(10)
Sharpe pointed out that Sweet & Sour, with lower corruption, should probably be the one to build non-pop units while Schezuan builds most of the workers.

Kung Pao: Temple(13 - thanks to two poprushes )-Walls(10)-Barracks(?)

New furs site: Worker(10)-Catapult(20)

Enter the AD-FREE zone

I would probably suggest more horsemen to be built - especially change Chop Suey to galley-horse then a galley or horse rather than galley-galley-horse. We might need the horsemen a possible barb middle age explosion.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

I second Sharpe's suggestion for more horsemen. We are the Chinese and we will need many Riders. It is much more efficient to build horsemen and upgrade them. Plus we could use a mounted force soon as well.

Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

Chop Suey queue edited.

With BE scouting along the western coast, and FB able to eventually do the same, perhaps we don't need a second galley too soon anyway.

So I take it the Sweet & Sour and Schezuan switches meet with approval?
