New Flags Suffering from ads?

Is There A Way To Make New Flags In FreeCiv? Not Edit Old Ones But Make Totally New Ones

I Tried To Make Them But The New One Always Makes A Big White Square Around All The Units That Have That Flag Behind Them

It will be easier (much easier) when they impliment libpng. Once they do that, you can use photoshop to manipulate images... (I hate xpm...).
