	X-PLAY and Atrai Increase Your PM Length

I just watched an episode of the show (not sure if it was a rerun or not). They asked some gamers what games they liked and hated. One voted civ as a great game for its replay and then voted Moo3 as hated.
I just wanted to ask them if they were registered here?

Isn't this just a commonly held truth, like the sea is wet, the sky is high, civ games are good, MoO3 blows chunks...

Yes, I only got excited, because these types of games are almost never mentioned on the show. It is all console games and the pc games are FPS, RPG and squad level.

X-play is a great show.

For those that don't know, it's a show that does reviews, previews, and stuff about video & computer games on TechTV.

I don't trust these programs/mags anymore though, too much common interest to hype just about anything.

The few times I've watched XPlay, I've noticed that they will bash games if they don't like them. There was one episode I saw where they absoloutely trashed the Charlies' Angels and Buffy the V.S. games. Granted, these weren't games I'd even heard of before, but...I think I've seen them rip on the N-Gage, though that could have been something else...

Considering its the only televised gaming review show that I know of, I'd say they are doing a good job.

Ah, no, its a good thing they rip on games, however I haven't watched long enough to see if they rip on games I've actually heard of

Other than that, enjoy the show. I saw the C3C review a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it.

I should have clarified that it was not the hosts that made the comments, they were doing a on the street type thing.
