frodo's can't be three feet tall. in the first movie, when he's in rivendell, the railing is waist-level for him. obviously, if he was three feet tall, the elves, being tall, would have built the handrails higher. everything else is camera angles.

The answer to the question is obviously "no". Neither Harry Potter nor Frodo exist and thus, can't be killed. We should discuss more realistic questions, for instance if PA should be castrated or not.
