	Aggie appointed as Minister of War Support Apolyton, pre-order Civilization IV

The Consuls have now officially decided that Aggie is to be the new permanent Minister of War.

We have also discussed chat times and have come to agreement that the save should be held if it arrives before 9 p.m. EST until that time on any day it is received, that we may be sure that all Consuls and the Minister of War have a chance to be present for the turnchat.

If the Consuls and the Minister of War arrive before 9 p.m. EST and we have the save, we can go ahead and play it. It's also possible to play with less than 3 Consuls, though we haven't fully ironed that issue out yet.

If the save arrives AFTER midnight (EST), then either all Consuls and the Minister of War must be present to play or we should wait until 9 p.m. EST the next day (whichever occurs first).

This will only continue during wartime to ensure that any and all war moves have the input of the full Consulate and the Minister of War whereever possible. Because we are in war, we can afford to hold the save when these individuals are not able to gather, at least for a while.

It is our hope that scheduling a somewhat standardized turnchat time will help with the chances that all consuls, ministers, and interested citizens will know when they might be present in the chatroom in order to handle the save at a single time.

We've also discussed that if a Consul is elected (or a minister selected) from a timezone outside of North or South America again, these times may have to change.

As for Aggie's ascension to Minister of War, he will need to appoint a Deputy. Those interested in that positition should approach Aggie, who has supervisory authority over that position.

And congrats to Aggie. Here's hoping our military repeats what he has led GoW's to do in the PtWDG. Only with far more integrity, of course....

Thank you all. I will take this responsibility very seriously and welcome input from any and all on our strategy and tactics. Also I thank the consuls for the standarized time, I believe this will help increase participation.
