I hate to break this but Jools should NEVER be mod, he thinks Poland has a better military then Germany, but no. He shouldn't be mod, we need a third neutral party being mod. And I am attempting to be realistic as possible in this war... Tank Productions are in line. And we actually have an realistic amount of tanks, 4800.

Arab Federation declines offer of Peace
All offers of peace by Luk will be decline and a full embargo and possible AF involvement is nearing, Troops may be sent if the SC attacks Greece. And Tanks will roll in... but not for now. We ask Luk to surrender giving up most of his territory, leaving him with just Poland... and may give economical assistance to him as long as he does not go militarisitic... We are a peaceful nation and do not like war, but if we are provoked or find a reason for brutality we will be involved at all cost and will fight until the end.

Saudi Economic Growth Rebounds!
Since austere measures in increasing oil production Saudi Arabia has finally received postive growth. A new tech sector is growing Ridayh, the captial, and the economic growth is around +2.5%, the first positive zone since 1996! Despite there is an oil crisis, oil prices stayed around $25 dollars, and may lower to about $15 which is a good price. The Tech Sector currently accounts for 16.2% of the economy, and is growing rapidly in Egypt and in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is the most technological in my nation... and this is how the economy is:

Oil accounts for 60%-70% in both nations, and since we came to power the Tech sector will grow:
Egypt: 2.8% Each Quarter (Q=6mths)
Saudi Arabia: 8.8% Each Quarter (Q=6mths)
The tech sector may reach up to 50% of the economy while the Petroleum sector will be about 20%-30% of the economy. This doesn't mean the oil sector is shrinking, but is growing but not as fast as the tech sector...
This is our goal.
Saudi Arabia accepts 10,000 Refugees
Despite the fact, Saddam Hussein has a very fanactial army that could damage our nation, we have accepted some Iraqi Refugees to find work and get a good life. We have medical supplies and plenty of food and water (From Desalzation Plants) that Iraq Does not.
Iraq/Saudi Border AF Troops Increase
Our Strength at the Iraqi/Saudi Border has increased while we fear more danger and terrorist activity from Iraq... our oil reserves along this border are at stake. This is a speech made today:

As I said I had the supply to mantain the war state for 2 months, and I had a fuel to conquer the Baltic States.
Jools, Germany has no powerfull army. The Ukraine, combined with Poland has many more times greater. See - Is there a country in Europe, which has strategical bombers, except Russia? Yes, Ukraine. We have very good airdefense, based on soviet newest equipment, and very good artillery, many tanks, and helos. And many facilities, may more then Germany, after soviet times. Ukraine is a powerfull, country. thats why I choosed it, and linked it with Poland.
And Belarussia, I didnt see the post in which you said that you are training 1 million of people. It would destroy your economy for all!!!! Like North Korea, your people would be eating the grass....
And I dont think that Scotf could be a good mod, when he is ruling a Germany...
As I said, Slavia conquered the Baltic States and is fighting with Germany. I think my post was very unrealistic, because I dont take the Berlin, and half of Germany in one post....

And Giancarlo dont be pathetic and dont post the messgaes that you transport 250 000 soldiers... it would be the greatest destant since 1944, and I dont think you have money for that, and potenatial to build it so quicly. And dont foget that we have a good fleet

UBS (aka Inferior Baltic Races  ) Cannot support such a large army UNLESS you want to turn your country into a new North Korea. Now thing...
Luk, technology and equipment isn't everything. Tactics and strategy are the main reasons for victory. Poland and Ukraine might have a "bigger" army but that's not everything. Morale, manpower and brainpower. Show your tactical genious and maybe you'll win.
Giancarlo- Ahem... try to limit your descants to 10,000 or 5,000. Equipping, transporting and upkeeping a 250 000 army, which is fighting in unknown terrain (aka Europe) far far away from home isn't a wise idea. Proceed if you wish your soldiers to die ^EVIL^

Fighting in Central Europe is continuing. Slav generals are afraid that fuel supplies will finish but hopefully Norway will still provide the country with petrol.
The Baltic army is weak and is being slowly destroyed by the Slav forces. Baltic economy is stagnating while Slav is in recession.
German troops are fighting a bloody frontal assualt near the Oder. Germans are convinced that with their superior technology they will triumph. This is very possible though occupying all of the Confederacy is IMPOSSIBLE. <--- Read NOT POSSIBLE.
P.s. One thing about me. I am an expierienced game master. I've been playing Warhammer, Cyberpunk, Wild Steppes, Aphalon and Vampire the Masquerade for years. I know what i'm doing.
Now only if you listen this might be fun...

AF Government expects a Coup
The Arab Federation Government is expecting a coup in the Slav Confederation, the government will soon fall... this may be occuring right now although it is not visible to neighbors. We think that some good may be accomplished out of this... considering we spending 10X more on military then Ukraine (Saudi Arabia), we have a powerful military like Israel because we spend nearly 10% of our budget on military.

Attacking us would be like attacking Vietnam in the 70s, our nation is fully equppied for anything. But our economy is still flourishing since we are not using our resources to attack the SC....

Just one thing: I have not advanced very far into the Slavic Confederate. I am letting my superior air power destroy everything within range that has tracks or wheels.
IC:
The German Navy has closed the straits and channels into the Baltic Sea to all Slavic vessels and all vessels sailing for the Slavic Confederate. This, combined with the presence of a US carrier battle group blockading the Baltic coast, should prevent the Slavic Confederate from getting any oil from Norway.
OOC:
Recall that Denmark was in my original claim. For all practical purposes, Germany dominates the Baltic trade. The Slavs are not going to be getting any help from Norway.

I think Jools, that Germany has no power to attack SC, and I posted that we are attacking them... They have worser army, then Ukraine and Poland together, they could defend bravel, because they have good equipment, but the new Ukrainian equipment which changes the the old is as good as German...
And to GeoDan, better get out because it is bad with your realism...
And it is good that there is the mod, which can intervene in interial affairs, because we can not simply says that 100% people are supporting our gov...
And The Tactical bombers of SC, and Missles are attacking German fleet, and American, so the Slav Fleet has power to transport oil to Poland. I know that some vessels will be destroyed, but Im sure, that all transport will not be destroyed...
It is Baltic Sea, because in Black Sea there is the great Ukrainian Fleet, which is verrryyyy strong, thats why today Russia fights for Black Sea Fleet... (of course diplomatically). And such a blocade from Germany would be unpossible
As I said we are trying to transport fuel from Romania, and we want to but fuel from Iran, and Iraq...
The Slav Forces has freezed their offensive near Berlin, and Rostock, and in Chech Republic. They are simply bombarding this citities without using the worthly fuel to the attack...

Let us face facts.
1. The Slavic Air Force no longer exists.
2. The SC cannot afford enough good tanks to face Germany.
3. The Slavic Fleet is no match for an American carrier battlegroup.
4. The Russians will not like the Slavs using the Black Sea Fleet against the Americans.
5. Since Germany includes Denmark in this thread, the Slavs will never be able to get Norwegian oil into the Baltics.
6. The Slavic Navy has been destroyed by the Americans.
7. German and American aircraft rule the skies over the Slavic Confederate.
8. Germany (IRL) has ten MILAN anti-tank missiles for every tank in the Slavic Confederation. Luk's tanks are not advancing anywhere.
9. German troops are at the very least capable of defending Germany, if not advancing into the SC.
10. I control the Czech, Austrian, Danish, and German armaments industries, so I can easily build lots of tanks.
11. I can better afford tanks than Luk can.
12. German troops are better equipped and better trained (IRL) than those of the Ukraine, and are probably at least on par, if not superior, training-wise with Polish troops, and German troops are undoubtedly better equipped than the Slavic forces.
Luk shall either recognize these facts or recognize that he has killed this thread.

The Finnish government of President Tarja Halonen and Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen had watched as Europe descended into war. First the Slav Confederation had the ire to provoke a conflict by expelling native Germans. Than the United Baltic States had started to arm themsleves. Finally the Slavs attacked an American fleet lighting the fuse. The Slavs invaded the UBS, while the Germans invaded Slavic Poland.
At the moment tensions had cooled down. However the Finnish armed forces have been placed on high alert. Any attempt to attack Finland or violate her sovereignty in any way will be severly punished.
To Slav Confederation: Be warned that we have seen your trickery and deceit. While we remain neutral at the moment any attack on Finland will be punished.
To Germany: Greetings to our southern neighbor. While we applaud your attempts to secure safety for your people, your use of forces against refugees is unwise.
To UBS: Greetings to our Baltic brethern. Take heart that you have friends to the north. We will not your sovereignty be stripped from you as it has been in the past.

We have simply focused on civil services more than military services. Jools, we have enacted several civil improvement reforms in the beginning of the start of our nation. We currently are at wartime, and it is costing extra to put extra AAGuns and SAM Sites up. Our Civil Services are by far the best in the Middle East right now.

A Military Per Captia Lesson
Ok, listen up I learned about this in the last two forums I was in. There is something called a military per captia, and that is how spending is per infantry unit for example.
In Dollars:
Saudi Arabia - $1,600 (No Joke!)
Israel - $2,400 (NO JOke either!)
Ukraine - $40-$50
Poland - $110
Germany's - 5X Larger then Poland probably around $545
US - $1,050
Egypt: $220
In comparsion my Army could crush the one of Ukraines and Poland, but I am not involved Troop wise. The Per Captia also allocates how much equpiment and training is spent for each unit of infantry, artillery, and other things.
As for Jools, I don't want you ever controlling the news of my nation, or your nation will go by-by. As for that, I am cutting all help offered to your nation, because I could of improved your civil and military services but you just ticked me off. I am sorry but I do have a person to bicker now.. considering I have an year experience at this. I am also considering of leaving this thread... and joining some other one.. just don't contiune on with this absurdity.
