Imperial Chinese Empire Awakens!
The 1000-man Hall of People's Deputies has been elected and are ready for operations, as well as the 2,000-man Hall of People's Senators. The government is ready for action.
Meanwhile, the military is being activated near the Mongolian and N. Korean borders. Border patrols are getting more and more common.
Shipyards are being constructed near many coastal towns in hopes of improving the Imperial Navy.
All corporations are welcome to invest in China and are encouraged to do so.

OK it is obvious to me that this thread will never live again! I thought Poland was on teh road to recovery after decades of Soviet and Communist brainwashing, but apparently not! Luk demonstrates his lack of civility, international camaradrie and good sportsmanship! Furthermore, his lack of valid and non-contradictory posts makes me believe that either a) he is on drugs b) he is on booze c) he is evil d) everyone should come play the secret thread and have fun with open minded international brothers and e) Canadians are not the most evil nation alive, it is POLAND!

I highly doubt that bloody Ukraine and Poland can hold their own against the US, Germany and Russia.
Ukraine:
Good country. No economy. Large, poorly trained, poorly funded military. I highly doubt they can survive. You would need MASSIVE economic and political upheavel to turn this into a well-greased machine.
Poland:
Wont say much. About the same as Ukraine. You live there. How many inches of dust does the tanks and aircraft have? How poorly trained the men?
Ukraine and Poland combined:
Jesus. You will need alot of help. They have MASSIVE amounts of Soviet hardware but that hardware is poorly maintained. I doubt any kind of offensive can be made good with these units. Sorry.

Ukraine however does have part of the old Black Sea Fleet. And ye even though they do have old Soviet hardware they could stand up to Germany (at least for a bit).
Poland is in pretty good shape. They are recovering nicely from the Bloc area. But I don't know if their military could stand up to Germany. Slovakia couldn't do crap on it's own.

IRL IIRC the Black Sea Fleet has only one carrier with a second close to completion, but it is under joint Russo-Ukrainian control, and, well, if the two nations go to war with each other, chances are that the fleet would first be scuttled by one side or the other.

OOC: Luk, I'm sorry, it seems everyone's teaming up on you, but it's your fault too. You could have tried to negotiate allies instead of just starting out with an advance on NPCs without even securing your flanks.

OOC: Come to think of it, I will keep participating, despite Luk's dislike for my realism. How far into Ukraine had my troops advanced last time I IC posted? I think I had said as far as Kiev and Kharkov.
IC:
Over the past several weeks, UBS forces advanced from kiev and Kharkov south to Dnepropetrovsk. There was little resistance, as nearly all of the Slav forces in the Ukraine had already been destroyed by bombers from Germany, Russia, the US, the AF, or the UBS. The UBS tanks searched out isolated pockets of Slav troops and either annihilated them or forced their surrender. The only fierce fighting took place at Poltava, where a Slav general had established a stronghold.
From Depropetrovsk, the UBS advance split into two prongs. One went west where it is currently advancing towards Lvov, destroying the Slav strongholds that still remain. The other prong, larger than the first, is heading south towards the Crimea. It is expected to be involved in heavy fighting, as the last of the Slav troops in the Ukraine have moved into the Crimean peninsula and have been fortifying it as a last resort against the unstoppable allied advance. The UBS defense minister has asked all other nations to assist in the siege of the Crimea, which will be divided up amonst the allies if the siege is successful.
UBS Prime Minister Arvydas Sabonis has announced to his people that soon they will be able to stop importing all their food, as the war will soon be won. The large UBS budget surplus is extensive enough to, hypothetically, allow continuing the importation of food for another 7 months. This, of course, will not be necessary.

The pilot responded without hesitation knowing with a growing sense anticipation that he may be the first person in a long time to do what he though he was going to do. Only one reason to strap the ordinance on unless it was going to be used.
"Tango baker charlie one two niner, you are authorized to go bingo, repeat bingo is authorized."
"Big bird, confirmed."
The pilot, one Sean McSorley rode hios F-16 to its target like the professional he was. His ordinance in this cause were two B-70 tactical nuclear weapons. Along with the typical loadout of Sidewinders and Amraams.
The United States had authorizeed limited use of nuclear arms to stop the Slavonic threat.
The F-16 banked on a tight turn, these bombs would go off at the same time, it was estimated the facility was made of triple reinforced titanium composites. Only nukes could bust up such a place, and that place was the Slavonic confederation military Headquarters in L'viv. It had taken a dozen cruise missile strikes and shrug them off like so many pin ******. Nukes would be needed and the government believed the best way go about it would be to send an F-16 in a typical attack with all its squadron mates. The Slav Confederation had already had its air force decimated and its anti-air defences were being jammed and hit with HARMs all the time.
"Bombs away."
The bombs dropped from their rack like normal, they looked like any normal bombs and there was not special cause for alarm. The F-16 quickly accelerated to its top speed as Sean gunned the afterburner, the explosion and flash of light was stunning and the F-16 was pitched back and forth by the shockwave but Sean kept in control of his plane.

1)Russia is uncontrolled and I will act as Russia didnt declare war on us. If Black Dragon will post that he declared the war I will accept it.
2)I didnt attack Romania, but signed the treaty, in which I can have the fuel supply from them, if it is banned - think that I attacked Romania
3)I have a fuel, because I stopped my forces in Germany, to save it, and I simply bomberd them
4)I say it 10 times, and you didnt hear, the American Fleet is not undestroyable, they are destrybale, but of course last conflicts with Iraq, and Serbia didnt show this because, they have no power to do this...
5)American Fleet didnt destroy anything, because their attempt to destroy us was quickly destroyed, because I posted right after American Fleet entered to Baltic, and Black (every General would say it is selfkilling action) Sea Area I posted that my all fleet and airforce, and missles groups are awaiting and patrolling this area, and if any action noticed we will strongly react. And we reacted... In Black Sea American Fleet is without chance, they have maybe chances in Baltic, but no in Black Sea
5)The Ukrainian, and Polish Economy in peace is maybe not good, and level of life is much worser then in Germany, and West Countries (maybe not know, I have a good live in Poland, with my stable connection to Internet, and PII 533 MHz, 32 Mb Riva TNT2, 128 Mb RAM etc. Im not poor as you halfintellignet American see), but it means that we can survive in war times better then you. In war times normal economy CHANGES to WARTIME economy. It is based on:
1)How we are prepared to produce the simple food - Bread etc. Ukraine has a very good lands for farms, and I annouced in first my posts two months ago, that I spend a lot of money for this are of economy.
2)The potential to build the weapons, tanks, aircrafts, spare parts to vehicles etc. Which Ukraine has very good, and much more better then Poor Germany, where the economic distance between our nation is based on fact that they can buy lot more luxuries then us, but we can produce lot more tanks.
3)The minerals supply, we have all minerals to build the weapons, and tanks etc. We do not have much Oil, but we have a supplies near Lvow, that should give us some oil, if we cut the oil from individual, civil needs, for exapmle to cars, we could still have enough oil to fight...

6)The level of training of Slav Soldiers are in the same level then In Germany, and Im sure better then in America, because all Europeans know that American soldier withour advantage in weapon is a chicken... But hmmm.... Germans are equal soldiers with Slavs, and they could fight really strong with Slavs, but with our greater potential they have no chance to win.
7)The NBC weapons are banned!
8)Ukraine has the license for Su-27 and MiG-29...
9)There is no massive crusie missle attack on Ukraine and Poland, because we have to good SAMs to let any Tomahawk reach its destination.
10)The Denmark.... Well, My fleet and airforce are powerfull to destroy frigates, planes etc. that want to destroy or dont let our transport ships to come to our country

Slav Spetznaz paradrop to Kopenhaga.
The 10 000 of Slav Spetznaz units paradropped and was transported by ships to Kopengaha. After 10 hours fights, they conrolled the main port, and let the Slav Ships to continue their supply transport to Slav Confederate.
They are awaiting for army Pomerania, and will be holding this position until, the help will come.
The ambitious plan of German Generals failed
The counter attack suprised the Slav Forces, and German troops forced the army to withdraw with their positions.... the Slav Army withdraw to 40km from Berlin, but the new forces from Baltic Front joined the Slav Forces and counterattacked. The tired German forces, destroyed in great part, by the Artillery bombarding in last month, was not able to keep their position and theuy started to panicly withdraw, The Total Offensive near Berlin with 1,5 million of Soldiers, and 6500 tanks, and 600 helos, and 14000 Guns, and 250 tacitcal bomers, with 600 Fighter-bombers, smashed the German defensive and entered to Berlin. The German troopa were totally beaten, and they withdraw from Berlin and started to organize defence at Laba River. Berlin is captured
The Slav President arived to Berlin and watched the Slav Army parade. The representative forces were marchering through the Brandemburg Gate, and Polish, and Ukrainian flags wre porudly flying at Reichstag Building.
Chech republic liberated again
The weak offensive of German was not succesful, the counter attack of Slav and Chech forces was succesfull and again German Soldiers wre beaten. The Prague cheers!!!!
The Slav President has given his condolence to the family of elected two weeks ago and killed by German Barbarians President of Chech, and nominated again new president of Chech republic.
One B-2 destroyed
The S-300 rocket missle reached the target and destroyed one B-2 aircrafts. The Tu-160 reached the target and destoyed one district in Washington DC.
The new republic of Slav Confederate annouced - Belarussia
The Slav president nominated A. Lukaszenko to the position of President of newly formed 5th republic of SC. Lukaszekno prisoned the Sabonis, the murderer and German Agent, and is awaiting for a decision of Court. It is probable that court will abounce the capital punishment for him. The Slav Confederate grows...
Rostock and Lubeck conquered
After the hard fights the Rostock fallen, because of stupi counter attack plan of German Generals, the army of SC sieged the Lubeck and controlled it, and started to enter to Demark territory to liberate this country from NAZI Occupation.

Luk, I hate to say this, but you're a raging madman. Your posts lack any kind of realism, not to speak of sportsmanship. I don't know who started the war and I don't care, because I didn't participate in any repsectable storythreads here since the 'olden days. But let's get a few things straight here, this time not from a "halfintelligent American" but another European, a "fascist Austrian", I suppose.
1.) Your theory of Wartime Economy is amusing. It dates back to 1453, though, I fear. For modern warfare you need a modern economy. Tanks don't drive on bread. And even if the Ukraine produced the outrageous quantities of them you claim it can, which I doubt, you need men to drive them with proper training. You need steel to build them, and, most importantly, MONEY. 'Cause not even crappy Ukrainian workers will work for nothing.
2.) Fuel. The eternal killer of all storythreads. I remember the last time I tried to argue with people about that. But at least they had brains and came up with actual arguments against mine.
"I have fuel because I stopped my tanks to save it." WHAT??? Does that mean, if I don't drive my car for, let's say, a week, it's full of gas again? I knew Wartburgs were tough cars, but that's new to me.
3.) True, the US Navy isn't unbeatable. And maybe, *MAYBE* at the peak of the Cold War the Warshaw Pact Navy could have stood up against her. But please. You're talking of Poland's navy and the remnants of the Black Sea Navy. Those "navies" are more in danger of falling victim to RUST than an American bombshell. One Carrier with escort would wipe out that entire navy. I don't like American feelings of superiority, but this time it's undeniable.
4.) "Americans are no good soldiers without their equipment." May very well be true. I'm - within borders - of the same opinion. Only problem you have: they have their equipment. Bad luck, eh?
5.) Finally one very personal note (please everyone else excuse my tone): Asses like you destroyed storythreads for me a long time ago. I'm glad not all Polish are like you, or your chances of finding anyone who wants you in the EU would be nil.
