Sire, we've launched our South American forces and destroyed the source city of the Egyptian attack. Our guns have also destroyed the forces responsible for the attack on Madras and we've just begun to fight...
The guns roll on...
4 Egyptian cities, formerly Tartar lands, have been taken or destroyed. Two more lying just beyond our northern mountains have been eliminated as well... Let us continue... Onto the lands we once ceded to these ingrates. Indian guns find little resistance as we approach the Persian Gulf delta. Another city falls to our guns, and now to regain the city we ceded long ago...
Success, we have control of the delta...but let us not stop yet... The Holy Lands await liberation from this evil people... Agreed, but once we've taken it we shall show mercy... We are not nation builders, the people of Egypt will have to decide the fate of their tyrannical rules...
Egyptian! Egyptian! Do you hear me? Our guns are numerous and more are being built this very moment. If you do not learn from this experience, we will take the Nile Delta in our next move! What say you?

This sad development has once again demonstrated the world is in need of League of Nations, a forum in which conflicts such as this one could be avoided.
Here are the principles of this organisation:
Each nation will send a representative in the General Assembly of the League of Nations. Each representative has one vote.
There are two types of resolutions: Resolutions on regular issues and resolutions on extraordinary issues. All members are required to respect these resolutions.
Three fifths majority (4 votes if all nations join) is required to reach a resolution on regular issues. Regular issues include, but are not limited to minor border disputes (ownership of squares), legitimacy of settlement (respect of previous claim), sharing of key technologies, compensations for acts of terrorism or espionage or minor armed conflicts not involving the change of hands of cities, and any other issue involving for instance diplomats expelled or caravans destroyed or naval port and sea pathways blockaded that the majority of three fifths of members considers regular issue.
Three quarters majority (5 votes if all nations join) is required to reach a resolution on extraordinary issues. Extraordinary issues are: Naming the aggressor in an armed conflict, decision on the rightful owner of a city, prohibition of atrocities, establishment of war crimes tribunal, global policy on pollution, global policy on disarmament, establishment and management of International Monetary Fund, establishment of World Trade Organisation, minimum and maximum tax rates of all nations and international peacekeeping intervention to stop an aggression.
Serbia volunteers to host this great international forum. We suggest the city of Novi Sad as proper site for the Headquarters of the League of Nations. Are the other nations interested to join? We call the other nations to declare their intent by posting in this forum.

It is the position of the Nationalist Chinese Government that the Azande colonies present in the Central Pacific Ocean represent a military threat to the Chinese heartland and the entire Pacific Rim. Our government also notes that the possesion of these colonies, as well as the stationing of naval forces in and around such colonies is contrary to the stated Azande goal of peaceful development of spacefaring technologies. Our government can take no position other than these colonies are intentionally located as strategic ports aimed against our interests, in order to launch military campaigns into the heart of the NCG.
In order to counter this threat, the CNG has set an impending deadline, for the elimination of the threat these colonies pose before pre-emptive military action begins in the P.T.O.
It is my duty as CNG foreign minister to the Azende to communicate the following offer in the interests of continued Azande-CNG peace, which should remain consistant with Azande goals of continued peaceful world relations and continued scientific research.
The CNG requires that the colonies of Jilo and Haway be immediately demilitarized, and turned over to an occupying force of Imperial Chinese Marines led by Admiral Yamamoto. Azande navy forces will be allowed to withdraw to Panama and must exist the Pacific Ocean immediately. Property rights of the inhabitants of both colonies will be respected. The colonies will take their proper role in our sphere of influance as CNG dependances. In exchange for the peaceful transfer, the CNG offers 800 gold payable immediately upon transfer of military control of the region.
I sumbit this proposal for you to review. I must remind you of the results of failure on our parts to reach a compromise. While I cannot speak for the CNG military command, the failure of these talks will most likely bring about the instigation of hostilities between the Chinese Nationalist Government and the Azande. We await your prompt correspondance.

The Chinese are dominant at sea and they can take by force all islands and coastal cities in the Pacific. However, if they and Lizards join the newly formed League of Nations, this conflict will be solved easily and mutually satisfactorily in a matter of minutes.

World community can only have a definite position once League of Nations is formed.
From Serbian perspective the whole incident is a misguided pre-emptive strike by Egyptians and the ensuing disproportionate use of force by Indians.

Btw, aren't you lowering the standard just a bit? WMD hardly include howitzers and I suspect everyone has them now. 
So be it, Indians will enjoy ports on the Mediterranean.
