Nikola Tesla, the greatest mind of Serbia has done it again. He is already known for his inventions which introduced electricity in every Serbian home and gave our good friends the English a great hydro plant which is covering their needs for electric power, but also ours, which is in fact lighting the nights of entire Europe. But his latest invention in the field of wireless transmission of electromagnetic waves brought to Serbian homes something truly wonderful – television. Through a specially constructed device which resembles a windowed box the average Serbian family watches at least 3 hours of daily programme covering a full spectrum of areas from education over politics and business to entertainment.
People are spending more and more time in front of their TVs and the political parties have realised the importance of the latest medium. Televised debates have become commonplace. Slobodan Milosevic, recently released from the prison, engaged in one with Dr. Vlatko Macek, leader of OSDI and deputy Prime Minister of Serbia.
Milosevic accused former Prime Minister Dr. Markovic of his links with Azande and he claimed OSDI was sponsored by the Azande government through off shore banks from the islands of Haway, Sol and Raas. Dr. Markovic deliberately helped Azande spy get inside the team of scientists working on the top secret Serbian Project called “the Gadget”, according to Mr. Milosevic. This has compromised the national security of Serbia irreparably and the least Markovic should have got is hanging in the main square in Belgrade, concluded Milosevic.
Regardless of the fact that Milosevic had no proof to back up his wild accusations, his party profited immensely from the appearances on TV. The Nazis are growing steadily and who knows what the new elections may bring.
Dr. Macek understood this all too well. He realised the democratic parties were losing the smear campaign on the issues such as the corruption of the government officials and the return of Serb land to Mother Serbia and that is why he and his party supported the more aggressive stance toward the Tartar question, a stance in favour of war solution and land acquisition which is very much in contrast with his party’s programme.

While some scientists may disagree about the causes and extent of global climate change, few doubt that this worlds climate is warming. Some University of Egypt researchers predict that if trends continue, Egypt coastal areas could look a lot like the sandy deserts in the coming years.
During the last century, the average temperature in The Forums, Egypt coast, has increased slightly from 28.7 Deg Celcius to 31.6 deg celcius, and precipitation in some areas of the country has increased by up to 20%, especially in the southern half.
During the next century, Egypts climate may change even more. According to an Egyptian scientific body known as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the worlds average temperatures will rise between two and 10 degrees Celcius by the next century, with northern latitudes like Europe at the upper end of the range.
In addition, carbon dioxide, the principal greenhouse gas, persists in the atmosphere for hundreds of years. So once global warming begins, its effects will continue for hundreds of years, too.
