Congrats Spaced. I thought it was Jamski towards the end, he looked like he was acting very suspiciously. However I would like to point people towards my clue right after I was killed:

Drogue's back arches and his torso lifts off the operating table. Suddenly, his eyes open dramatically and his Drogue's face whitens, his eyes wide with shock. He looks the mortician in the face, and see's his killer. Before collapsing back on the table, he mouths a word: "Bulltamer". At the next cut, no blood runs out. |
and the post directly after it:

Those two we Jamski and Spaced (Bulltamer being a reference to the Cowboy). At the time I suspected Spaced, though later Jamski started acting far to suspiciously. I was sure it was him at the end
