Perhaps clarifying my post will help:

I hate Tremors and everything about it, so I've little interest in bothering retaining any factual recollection of it. I seem to recall them trying to pass the "Graboids" off as irradiated mutant freaks, then later passing them off as prehistoric holdovers. The problem lies in that there are a numbers of breeds that have cropped up in the species (averaging at least one new breed for each new episode of the TV series). Rapid evolution? Radiation? British Royal Extended-Familial inbreeding?

and tremors wasn't a true piece of film art... it was just entertaining... that's all...

the second one was moderately entertaining, but only because Alex gross (teh dad on family ties) had this big ****ing rifle and shot a huge ****ing hole through something. after that, it just got old
