Tech from Goody Huts Tired of ads?

I have played dozens of games (Apolyton Pack, ultra large map) and have never gotten technology from a goody hut. I only get money, barbarians, a settler, a military unit, or just ruins. Is there a setting that is disabling this?
Not like it's a huge deal, but I like for things to "work".

Have a look in APOL_risks.txt and look for each Barbarian level what the ADVANCE_HUT_CHANCE is. 0.15 = 15%.

Thanks! That fixed it. I've never looked at that file before, but all my advance percents were set at 0%. I don't know why! I've modified it now. I'm figuring this stuff out, but it's nice to have great resources like you to help!
