okay, i haven't planned to buy the new expansion yet as i can't really afford at the moment...yet, even if i do now, all the usual comp stores i go to don't seem to have the expansion ever since it came out...maybe one as a single copy or two, but seems to go poof the following week.
couldn't even find it in the bigger stores like walmart, best buy and future shop....well, the ones i went to in ottawa....
so what the hoot happen to the expansion? did Atari decide to not ship as many copies to stores as they did with civ3 and ptw? only thing common in the stores is civ3 gold :/

i wouldn't expect a store like walmart to have expansion packs, especially not second ones. Walmart wants lots of sales, and with every expansion pack, your gonna have less sales cause less people play.
Other big stores like bestbuy are the same. If anything, i think CompUSA would have it, cause of their huge selection (besides, they are specialized only in computers, unlike bestbuy).
I know Gamestop has it, but its overpriced compared to Amazon.

bought it at walmart in coldwater, MI....and there were still 2 or 3 copies left.....this morning, there was 2 copies i think.....
