Don't think so. (God wasn't that a crap movie, totally not scary. Apparently the Japanese version is much better, must see that one)

Yeah that is one of weak chain letter. You don't even think it is a chain letter till the end there. All chain letters are stupid anyway and end up in the trash.

Actually, that's pretty common. Necrotic muscles in the heart can rupture ~48 hrs after an ischemic insult, causing further damage, and potentially death.
