This is an interesting opening.
France is in deep deep trouble. But Germany is gone from the equation, so France could very well stand against both England and Italy. However, it does not look like France will get more than one build, while England might get two.
The qustion is, what is most important to France, getting one build themselves, or denying a build to England?
If France moves
F MAO -> Bre
A Pic -> Bel
England will not get more than one build (Nor or Hol), while France might get one build depending on whether England moves Eng to Bre or Bel.
But if France moves
F Mao -> Spa
A Pic -> Bel
France will assuredly get one build, regardless of whether England goes to Bre or Bel, but England will get two builds providing he goes to Brest...

In the south it is equally interesting.
If Trieste goes to Vienna, and Bohemia goes to Vienna they will bounce.
But if Trieste goes to Vienna, and Bohemia goes to Galicia, Venice could sneak into Trieste unopposed. Unless Albania returns to Trieste, in which case Austria loses Greece.
And if Bohemia goes to Galicia, while Silesia bounces Mos -> War, Germany will have Warsaw in a tight little pacakge. Unless Russia bounces Bohemia by moving Ukr -> Gal. Which will assuredly give up Rumania, which is propably a lost cause any way, since Turkey can bounce Russia in either case.
Unless, of course, Turkey decides that Greece is to tempting to deny Austria, which means Austria will have to decide between Trieste and Greece.

Italy would also like to ask her ally Austria to play A Ser-Bul. This'll help our allies the Russians out: it makes it much tougher for the Turks to take or even bounce them out of Rumania, and on the off chance of F Bla S A Bul-Rum, then you'll simply collect Bul in their wake.

Turkey would like to point out to Austria that an attack on Bulgaria would equal war.
Also, an attack on Bulgaria would give Italy a free walk-in on Greece, or a free walk-in in Trieste. In worst case, Austria would be bounced in greece and lose Trieste, ending up with three centers in fall 1901.
Instead, either support F Alb -> Gre or move Ser -> Gre, in case you want to cover Trieste. After all, Trieste is far more valuable than Serbia.

Austria, I would beware of the advice being given to you. One one hand, the second Italy posting concerning A Ser-Bul seems highly unlikely to have come from the "real" Italy. However, Turkey's advice is just as bad. "Greece is more important than Serbia?" It almost sounds like he's setting up for A Bul-Ser.
And I wonder just how many people have posted as France so far. My guess is at least 5. It seems to be the nation with the most multiple-personality disorder of the pack.
