	Should the Shaddow Ministry be reactivated Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

The shaddow ministry is currently closed. Upon Comrade Oct's suggestion I'm now starting a poll about whether it should be reactivated and utilized for the purpose of guarding against possible infiltrators from other teams.

I voted yes for the sole reason that it provided a place where work may be done without the distractions of usually Hive SPAM and politics. Though in the spirit of compromise I will admit the shadow forum should be reformed to reflect more the wishes of the people, but it serves a useful purpose and hence we should not discard it.

To touch on specifics if the shadow forum were to be reactivated I would first and foremost call for it to be renamed to reflect its new public status in that everyone should be allowed access in so far they maintain its decorum and refrain from spamming and discussing irrelevant non-game matters. This will preserve the purpose of the shadow forum.

Voltaire does have a point. My only real complaint about the operation of this ministry was that knowledge of it was hidden from the public. So long as it's operation, and entry requirements, are made public, and included in the upcoming constitution, I will vote yes.

I will vote no whatever the reason. I kinda have to really. I fear that if the discussion becomes too spread out over two forums then we will lose focus again. Lost focus = lost participation = dead team once more. Better to keep one forum alive than have two forums dead. If something NEEDS to be done without any risk of another faction infilterating us, then it can be done by e-mail, PM or MSN just for that one subject, but a standing second forum is just duplication of our resourses and sperding ourselves too thin.

I voted yes. The shadow ministery was a good thing. It helped gameplay and didnīt interfere with spam. It didnīt hurt anyon, but made the hive recover.

Itīs like a bureau. Not everybody is allowed into a governmentīs decision making authorities. Only those that know their jobs. Entertainment (spam) is for the people, politics for the poiticians.

And the shadow ministery has always published the major decisions it made, acting as the press in this parable.

I say its time to leave my beloved Hive... this is no longer an Apolyton Democracy game.

I'd love to help the Hive, but I don't have access to the Shaddow Forum, and rather than be a second class citizen...

Its a shame to see the Hive I helped to found reduced to such a state.

Well I voted no but I imagine if the majority wanted it to be open then I'm sure you would be invited and raised from the second class. That is if you are not banned by the supreme judges.

Well, assuming that it is reopened, and assumming that I wish to join and assuming that I am allowed to join...

Why not have the discussion in THIS forum, if everyone will be authorised anyway?

And please give a list of who will be excluded.
