Let's keep it Deity or Emperor level if you don't mind. It does change the game a bit. Easy settings mean big cities with no happiness penalties. That's okay, but the standard challenge match setting is Emperor, so I've kind of got used to using Emperor or Deity which penalizes your city growth so you must deal with unhappiness. I forgot how to play at easy level!
