I would very very much appreciate from fellow MOO3 enthuisiasts brief recommendations for any MOD packages (and for why, please?) for the patched 1.2.5 game which might make the MOO3 experience more interesting. Just looked at the Guardian MOD site and the choice is just bewildering!

Just looked at the MOO3 Guardian MOD site. There is a 'Human Abilities Increase Mod'. Anybody tried that?
