Having been here since the beginning, I'd have to say that the OT is considerably less spammy since the Posts stopped counting. I'd hate to see it go back. But then I'm biased since I'm a mod.

I would hate to see all the discussions closed because they weren't "serious enough" or were "too spammy", which many threads existing there now would be classified as if posts started counting there.

only tyranny round here is the fact some of the older psoters got to have the OT count in the begining. If that could be change dto subtract that portion i think that would fix this.

I would prefer OT posts to not count. In fact I'd prefer the whole PC system to be ignored by people as it distracts from posting with purpose and instead causes people to post for spams sake.

Indeed. If you compare with CounterGlow, for example, where postcount doesn't exist, spam is much more rampant here
