Hmm, I am 25, have been drinking since I was 16. Think over those 9 years I have averaged the equivalent (alcoholic content) of about 12 pints of 5% lager per week (mainly due to drinking the equivalent of 9-12 pints a night 3-4 times a week in my first and second year as an undergrad). 9*52*12 = 5616 pints. Whether you are a prude or not does not depend on your level of experience but on your attitude to such things as sex and alcohol.

Lots of 18 year olds are inexperienced - and none the worse for being so.

It turns out to be best to let experience of sex and of the social use to which alcohol is put come at their own pace rather than consciously seeking to force them along.

And while being patient about those things, discount about 95% of what you hear from friends about their own exploits. For some reason people of 11 to 20 go in for a fair bit of empty boasting on these subjects.
