Ok, I may be a bit too late with buying CIV3 but now the price of $9.99 got me that far .

There is still one problem: Can I buy CIV3 from Amazon WITHOUT a credit card?

Is Money Order a payment by bank or something?

hmm.

a money order is something that we in America can use, basically you give the money to the local post office (or bank) and they give you a secured paper with the equivalent amount. A lot safer for merchants than checks, because the money is secured by the post office. Not sure if you have an equivaltent that amazon would accept....

so, thats basically a yes to what you said
