Well I've got a clean bill of health and I'll be catching up on Dip later tonight. Before this month I'd never been on anesthetic and it's wierd as hell feeling a doctor poke around while you don't feel any pain. I'm down one rebellious (sp?) lymph node and I got this nifty stitches that dissolve all by themselves and don't have to be taken out.

Hello Dave, welcome back,
Concerning dip 754, you were savagely attacked by several nations your last turn. But the bleeding has nearly stopped: you are at war with Holland and France, but China and Turkey joined the Iron League which you are part of, allied also with Prussia and Austria. Thanks to Turkey, England was able to rebound slightly with 2 builds last turn.
But one of those came at China's expense: he asked me to sail our Formosa fleet into the island nation of Formosa (FM) to protect against a possible French attack that never materialized.
But while we are allied with China, he has moved several units into stabbing position in India - I requested he move just one to support Bombay.
He may be just helping, but who knows. He just allied with the Iron Legaue so I'd be suprised if he stabbed a member of the league so soon. Ruff has yet to make an accurate map reflecting last turn's builds.

David, Welcome back! Can you give us an indications of which of your games you intend to pick up control of again? Lindley, in addition to taking you WM game, had taken over Colombia in Domination Dip. So I guess take that up with him. Dip 20 is over now, and is no longer a concern. I was assigned Italy in Mayhem Dip, but will happily return it to you. ALso, please let me know if you plan to assume the reigns of England in Dip 754 again. I sense that Berzerker needing to be relieved of those duties. Naturally there are others to check into as well. Have a peek at Dip 22 every now and then too, eh?

I'd be happy to take back control of any and all games. I'd appreciate it if the wonderful people who took control of them while I was gone would send me e-mails telling me what's happened etc.
