	BigFurryMonster as Deputy Consul Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

I am hereby naming BigFurryMonster as my Deputy Consul in my absence this weekend while I travel to Ohio. Please note that BFM will need to post in this thread accepting the position for it to take effect.

BFM has warned me ahead of time that while he will be here this weekend, he lives in a timezone not conducive to meeting the times we've been using lately for turnchats, so he may or may not be available for any given turnchat. That said, merely having another Consul, deputy or otherwise, available to step in should the others all go absent is why we have three in the first place.

It's also true that it being a weekend, if a turnchat must be held, there's the possibility it will be held far earlier in the day (U.S. time) and thus before our European members go to sleep.

It's not necessary to have all Consuls present at all chats, however.

I trust that you all can figure it out on your own.

Speaking of deputies and possible absences, during the last couple of days my internet has been giving me tremendous trouble. First of all, some background info, since I moved to this new house I've had broadband internet however, until the cable guys come and "officially" connect it, me and my roommate have basically been pirating my landlady's son's connection (with his consent of course ) via his router.

We have had a lot of trouble since ports seem to be going on and off at random, often for extended periods of time, the most common have been the WWW, my e-mail and MSN, the least affected seems to be IRC which is usually online most of the day.

Anyway, it has been extremely difficult for me to post since I frequently lose my WWW conection in the middle of posting or clicking a link and it has been rather frustrating. Fortunately, it seems we will get our connections fixed this week. So I guess I am writing this just so no-one is surprised if I don't post much these days (but I am in the chat).
